Some minor issues before 17

1) Eruan needs a level increase. I was level 48 when I did it, and the zone was in the mid-thirties.

2) Ammo greater egos need a big price increase.

3) In one of the far east ambushes, I started the encounter occupying the same tile as a tree.

4) In Eruan, Sun Paladin Guren completely blocked the route to the portal. I had to tunnel around him

3) I've started an ambush in the same square as a tree in a Maj'Eyal ambush, as well.

If you increase the cost of greater ammo much more, that is the key to infinite cash (same as with old T2; you might only be able to get 30K in one shot from one of those stores but easily 100K or so for a big stack of ego ammo).
