Beta 16: id'ing arrows

I started my first character in beta 16 and chose an archer. I found arrows early and used them. They should be unidentified (and in my inventory they are), but when I fire them I get a pseudo-id message: "You only have x elm arrow of unerring flight left". I do not believe that pseudo-id of knowing that the arrows are unerring flight is intended.
