Display Talents displays nothing

The little fireball looking icon between the two bottom windows that is.

Used to have my talents listed there. Clicked the display creatures (which works), but clicking display talents just clears that window.

Any hints? Maybe not a bug either, but I'm posting here in case it is

Tab swaps between Display creatures and Skills.
With Pg. Up and Pg. Down you cycle through the 3 different skill pages, you are probably on one that has no talents bound.
