[Beta 10] Issue with ToME taskbar icon

#1 Post by Feanor.81 »

In beta 9 ToME taskbar icon was correctly shown; now it has been replaced by the default "Generic Application" icon.

Dunno if the issue is OS related, I'm using Win7 x64.

Same as well with XP and also in beta10b it is still persistent.

With beta15b running on Win7x64 I get the "blue ball" icon both in the task barand the left hand title bar. But the t-engine.exe file itself has the generic windows icon.

When I use the "Change Icon" on shortcut properties, windows tells me there are no icons in the t-engine.exe file.
And when I attempt to open the t-engine.exe in visual studio 2010 it says:
"Cannot enumerate resources in the executable"

So I started copy/pasting my own
Image
But when I got to reducing size and colour map to be a proper icon, it got a bit too much for me. Looks like I'd have to learn more about gimp and/or visual studio to do this properly. Maybe after the festive season...
