[15b] Lose keyboard input after [Alt+Tab]

Just what it says.

Using my old laptop, a Dell Inspiron 6400 running W7 Ultimate. When I [Alt+Tab] out of the game - to read these forums for example - when I return to the game, the only input the game seems to accept is the mouse. This is repeatable at will.

I saw the title, but it's not just the movement keys. Probably should have just posted in the other thread.
