It is impossible to scroll screen during targeting of teleport spell.

good one. Not sure this is a bug per se, but the need for a feature to be implemented where you can scroll the screen without the use of the mouse button.

Or just suspend targetting while shift is down.

I'll second the idea to be able to scroll with keyboard only. Everything else is possible to do without a mouse, but scrolling.

Oh and scrolling with the mouse: better hope you never accidently move the mouse outside the map, into the hotkey area - you activate the one the cursor is over when you release - even when you are actually scrolling.

Yes... teleport is kinda annoying at the moment. You need to scroll the screen with shift+mouse to the place you want to teleport, cast teleport and then target the area.
