Apprentice took Penitence as a regular staff

The thing is pretty powerful...I think the apprentice should take it in lieu of 15 rings/staves, unless that was a desired change.

In general the 15 rings/staves/amulets requirement is a big harsh now that there's no guaranteed way of getting Angmar's Fall. Maybe change the requirement to 10 items OR 1 artifact ring/stave/amulet/wand.

I found a nice artifact staff, and gave it to the mage, but it only counted as 1/15 items, when I could have sold it for $$$. Next time I will.
