The Istari are dead (maybe they should "lie dead before you" instead of "stand dead before you") and the creatures from portals have vanished. While we take some final timed-effect damage from Pallando and fire drake hatchlings, have a little chat and then start to head for the portal. Meanwhile ...
Aeryn starts casting spells on her own head - goes through her whole list, e.g.

At the start of all this there's mention of her attacking a fire drake hatchling, which has already been removed from the scene. Guess that some loose end isn't being tidied away. Or she's attention-seeking, wants Canderel II to stay and - well, this isn't a pr0n site.

The thing with the miraculous Bone Shield, remember you saying it had been prevented post-b13 but that it shouldn't have been happening anyway. Still with the version before your fix, this time a melee character so might be another clue about what was going on - doesn't seem always to happen, but quite often.
Hit the Orc Corruptor, chip away its Bone Shield, rinse and repeat, then ...
(a) Keep hitting it, normal damage is reported - can continue this indefinitely, the orc shows still 100% HP but takes no action.
(b) Stop hitting it and walk away - crash bang whallop, it's firing spells at you.
(c) Go back and give it some greatsword, back to (a)

The orcs of Grushnak Pride seem determined to do a Cirith Ungol, have only battled the boss twice - usually there's strings of messages floating up from some distant place, then I wander over to find Orb and goodies lying in a neat pile on the ground. Helpful but odd.

After ridding the town of elementals and letting elves whoosh me off to some distant spot to risk life and limb, come back to be told "the mages seem to have kept their promise" - pahh ! ... there should be an option to slay the whole ungrateful bunch of them, disdain the lamentation of their womenfolk, then rob the shops [:)]
