[b13] No escorts for Bree Men?

Just made it through Trollshaws and Old Forest without a single escort--bug? Or just the highly improbable chance they were generated all in other dungeons?

You were right madmonk! Never had that happen. Anyhow, got smacked down at level 20 in the ancient elven ruins :(
