[b12] Crash, bam, boom, bang

Beta 12 (actually svn update -r 1420). Archmage, Carn Dum. Low on Mana, an orc high pyromancer approaching around a corner (behind a pair of blue jellies). Can I phase door him away? Let's see... press the hotkey, move the targeting cursor over to him... no, it's red. Move the targeting cursor back to myself, press Enter. The game asks whether I want to target myself. I hit Enter again, 'cause yeah, I'd like to phase door out of here.

Then stuff happened and I died. I didn't even get to finish casting the spell (choosing where to phase door myself to). The game asked whether I'd like to make a character dump. Sure! Of course! So I press Enter again, and the window vanishes, and I get a core dump.

Um... did I hit the wrong hotkey? Maybe. The log seems to say I did. I surely didn't mean to cast freeze (which is 6) instead of phase door (which is 4).

It might be nice if the "Are you sure you want to target yourself" dialog told me which talent I'm targeting myself with.

note that do you want to target yourself is given with hostile spells, not with spells like phase door.
