Crash on leveling up

I just had ToME close on me. It didn't freeze, Windows didn't tell me that it stopped working; it just disappeared. It happened after distributing stat points from a level up and hitting keypad enter. Here's the last bit of stdout:

This happened soon after killing many hundreds of multi-hued drake hatchlings on a level of the spider cave. I have no idea where they were coming from. It felt like a breeder infestation or beta11 summoner explosion, but I could never find what was summoning them. I got well over 200 gold out of it, though. The crash came not long after looting all that gold, and the game was moving very, very slowly while picking up big piles of gold. It took a couple minutes to pick up one memorable pile of 90 gold on a single square. I finished the looting, went on exploring, realized that I had stat points to spend, spent them, and *blip*... ToME closes.
