[b12b] Mouse movement passes game time

#1 Post by Grey »

I know someone mentioned it happening in one of the earlier versions, but I've just seen it happen in b12b as well. Was trying out the little tutorial thing and a dialogue box came up about the snake pit. I was reading for a few seconds, and as soon as I disturbed the mouse to exit several of the snakes moved.

Also, slightly unrelated, but it'd be nice if there was a delay between message box creation and input being accepted to close it - some of the tutorial boxes I missed because I was clicking to move whilst the box appeared, and so it closed before giving me a chance to read a single word.

Hmm, I've tried to use it too and been unable. I can only conjecture that my computer was running some intensive background task at the time that was delaying the animations in TOME, and by coincidence I moved the mouse when suddenly it gained a bit of speed.
