[Beta 12] Lost turn?

I was fighting with minotaur lvl 18 in maze, hit him almost got him down but suddently he him me twice(i wasnt stunned)... im not sure if its bug or some kind of new skill like double strike

EDIT:
I came to conclusion that it was because of my speed, but i dont remember in beta 11 to be ever outrunned by minos, does encumerance or fatigue affect speed now?,minos got speed up? or just because i killed them before way faster?

No fatigue or encumberance does nothing to speed.
Did you by any change make a character dump ?

Where you playing a ghoul per chance or using precision? I think both of these effects can cause an enemy to go twice.

nope that was Cursed and only effect i had was Gloom

I think the Cursed qualites that affect speed are Gloom's slow effect on opponents, Cruel Vigor's Invigorate effect on the player and Rampage on the player. They are simple temporary effects that add and remove temporary energy values. I didn't see any obvious bugs in those.
