Teleporting and Vaults

So I am fairly certain that I was in a vault and wasn't able to phase door through the walls but WAS able to teleport. That strikes me as a bug, albeit a nice one for my poor archmage.

I am able to use phase door inside vaults... except I always end up outside!

You might want to test and then post the contents of your stdout!

I think the issue is that some (maybe even most) vaults have the regular WALL type within the vault and the HARDWALL type around the perimeter of the vault. The particular vault I experienced this in has HARDWALL throughout the vault, but still raises the issue: if you cannot phase door through a HARDWALL, should you be able to teleport through it?
