Bizzare graphical bugs

#1 Post by Wolpertinger »

For some strange reason, the tiles in my game are consistently flipping out - in all 6 graphic modes, they, at random, randomly replace a tile for an item, monster, me, a piece of terrain, or map tiles, with white blocks with red/blue/green corners still on it and depending on the friendliness of the thing in question (the most common), colored, transparent blocks (less common, and only for inanimate things, it seems..), and some bizzare glitchy.. image.. that looks like a.. chalkboard or something (only happened once, my alchemist golem turned into it.). Almost every time I load a different map or change my graphics settings something different breaks.. when I save and load it's fixed.. briefly.. sometimes.. until I move around a bit more. Not sure what's up.

Here's screenies

This often happens to me if I maximize (or resize) the game window AFTER loading a game. My workaround is to maximize the game window on the load screen and leave it alone.

This works for me as well.
Having satellite internet is a lot like relying on the processes described in those RFC's for your internet. Except, instead of needing to worry about statues interrupting your connection, this time you worry about the weather. I have satellite internet. Fun, no?
