Sun Paladin Escort Problem

I got an escort quest for a sun paladin on level 6 of Tol Falas, but no quest appeared in my quest log for it. I could attempt to highlight where it was "meant" to be on the quest screen, but it simply made the quest log disappear in the same style as getter77's problem here: http://forum.t-o-m-e.net/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=22365. The message at the bottom of the screen when I gained the quest was "Accepted quest ''! (Press CTRL+Q to see the quest log)", and no message box from the sun paladin popped up.

Additionally, I then got a second escort quest (injured seer) on Tol Falas 7. This one did give me a message box and did show up in the quest log, but still had no name: Accepted quest ''! (Press CTRL+Q to see the quest log) Strangely, the quest did have a name when I failed it.

The first bug is well known and fixed. The second bug, where you got the pop-up but no name, is a first for me, though.
