Bill started in water and died before I found him...

Some messages are the same color as the previous message, rather than their own (default?) color.

I've only seen it once for sure, but a monster was placed underneath me when I took the stairs to another level, and since they're not drawn when under you, it was a bit of a surprise!

Shouldn't a trap show once a monster springs it?

Sometimes a monster won't move diagonal in order to move closer to the player, and be stuck right behind something. I think there has to be two touching wall blocks, and cause the monster to fail moving diagonal in another direction, or something similar...

Although I will end up admitting that I sometimes hug stairs to live, I need to ask. Why does a level full of unseen monsters cause a long resting duration? I'd think if they weren't moving or looking for the player, there wouldn't be much code to process

Minor issues:

- after I sold 190 dwarven-steel shot, the store had 189 of them.

- The Queen Ant summoned an ant onto a tree, and I couldn't attack it in the wall. I've also reached an Umber Hulk in the wall before it moved, and couldn't attack it.

More of my pickiness:

- Using the get command without items on the floor still uses a action?

- The amount of health regained when moving on the world map does not match the time taken.

with the ammo issue:

the game combined the first one of that stack with another stack of ammo (so it looked like it went down).

The ammo combining thing is one of the most frequently asked questions. It's been reported as a bug numerous times (including by me, way back in beta1 or beta2). If there's ever a ToME 4 FAQ, that should be one of the first questions on it.

Darkgod says that when two different piles of ammo combine, each bolt is tracked individually, although there's no way for the user to see it. Apparently the ammo stacks in Last In First Out order (a "stack"), and the game simply displays the stats from the "topmost" item.
