time keeps advancing after death while resting

If you die while resting, time keeps advancing while the game is displaying the death dialog box. So if you have e.g. the Blood of Life, decades will have past by the time you've revived. It's a very minor thing but I figured I'd report it.

I found the same bug when I used Flurry on the Queen Ant and died... I could see that days were still passing.
