Here are a few I ran into in my first ~15mins of playing:
1. Steady shot is called that everywhere except in the message you get when it's ready for use: "Talent shot is ready to use."
2. 'l'ooking at a square immediately after killing a monster shows the monster's information instead of the square's.
3. The status line doesn't break into multiple parts: if messages are longer than the status line, everything is truncated past the end of the line.
4. Is there any way to 'R'est for multiple turns? Waiting ~200 turns after a failed forage for ammo is very tedious.
5. Although the num-pad works for movement, shift-'l'ook only works with the actual arrow keys.
6. I've seen the monster health % show something other than 100% before, but that's very rare... most of the time it shows 100%, even during combat after it has obviously been damaged.

I have noticed 6 myself too. However, in boss fights, when I am most likely to check monster health, it always works correctly for me.

I believe #2 and #6 are the same bug, which is already known, and which darkgod already said he's fixed.
If people would please use meaningful subject lines on their posts, and put ONE BUG per thread, I could even find them and link to them when duplicates occur....
