Chain Lightning Fails to Cast

EDIT: On a closer look chain lightning will not fire if it will not hit anything. Perhaps a message could be given to the player as I was trying to target something that was off of the screen and there must have been something in the way. A functionality like this would also be nice for other one target or beam spells.
