Phase dooring while stuck in sand causes PC to get stuck.

After phase dooring as I was entombed in sand... I found that my character can't move anymore.

But come to think of it, this may be a false report. I am pretty sure I deactivated Rapid Aim, but I am not 100% positive.

I'll try to replicate it.
