[1.7.2] Celia's Heart does not drop

Currently running an Adventurer with several necromancy trees (Animus, Nightfall) planning to unlock Lich at 25. Unfortunately, Celia's heart didn't drop, despite being able to see the Lich race evolution in the Prodigy screen. Is there any other way to complete the ritual?

For the heart to drop you must have "From death, life" quest and that quest is only granted to necromancers.

Is that a bug? In past versions the quest was granted to any character with necromantic talents. It seems weird to display the prodigy for adventurer and wyrmic but make it impossible to take

In the past you had to have Blurred Mortality to get the quest, not just any necro talent. Maybe this is still true?
