[1.7] Necro minions sometimes have hp regen

Sometimes necro minions have inherent hp regen, though most have 0. Is this because they get random equipment and roll an hp regen ego? Either way it's kind of odd.

Honestly learning Surge of Undeath should just give them all hp regen since you can heal them by repeatedly casting it anyway. Giving them hp regen would save some tedium.
