[1.6] Crash when trying to start new game

When I click on the new game option, the screen goes black for a bit, then I crash to the desktop. I tried reinstalling, and disabling all of my addons, even official DLC, but nothing fixed the issue. Looking at the te4-log file, I noticed this error at the bottom:
