Range Amplification Device doesn't work on Hymn Nocturnalist
I had a problem in a previous version with interaction between Range Amplification Device and Hymn of Moonlight (http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=46656) which was fixed. With the reworking of chants and hymns, the same issue has returned with Hymn Nocturnalist. As far as I can tell, the problem is basically identical as the one I previously reported.

This seems to still be the case. as of the 1.7 Beta 3 build. The range of the ability will update in the talent description however it will still fail to fire beyond its original range. corona in contrast seems to work fine and will fire bolts to the new extended range.
