Deeprock weirdness

So, i don't really know why but the values of deeprock shift heavily depending on whether you are in deeprock or not.
Specifically Volcano cooldown gets halved to 5 seconds and the boulder throws values are just all over the place, being different with deeprock on/off, or in talent tree/out of talent tree.
