[1.6.7] Blood of Life bug?

The character here drank a Blood of Life, but it appears to not have been recorded? I wasn't given an option to resurrect.

Edit: Searching my own post history, I see (from 2013) that drinking it while wearing a belt of unlife nullifies the Blood of Life. I wore one during the game (not when I died), but I don't remember if I was wearing it when I drank it. This might be an erroneous report.

The same issue happened to two of my characters. The first character I faulted my addons conflicting. The second character I checked the char sheet (making a backup save) before and after using the BoL which didn't register on the charsheet.

Both characters received the appropriate message for successfully quaffing the BoL. IIRC it tells you it does nothing for you anyway if you're undead. Either character had no unlife modifiers on at death.

I would of reported this sooner (like when I had the saves still), but just faulted my addons conflicting - or something else I was doing so it didn't bother me much.

Not very helpful I know, but there it is. So, if we're the only two people having issues, then this may just be a false report.

Seems like the best way to handle this would be to just prevent using the Blood when the player is considered an undead.

BoL doesn't work if either ingested while being treated as undead or dying while being treatd as undead.

So yeah, two different possibilities for it "not triggering"
