[1.6.0] Endless Woes does not go on cooldown

I'm able to proc Endless Woes every turn with the same element, as long as I hit the damage threshold. On my doomed, for example, I get a mind explosion almost every turn and a darkness explosion every 4-5 turns when fighting groups.

This was a bug related to the Improved Autoexplore/Rest mod. Sorry about the bad report!
