[1.6] Rocket Boots activatable while sleep + odd behavior

Rocket Boots are activatable while asleep. If done so, they do not turn off from non-movement actions.

Hum I can't reproduce it, can you describe the exact course of actions please (along with which actions dont end them) ?

It was instants, which probably is working as intended, though counter to the tooltip?
