1.6.0 // Chromatic Fury Willpower To Breath Mod Disappears

So, I'm not sure exactly when this happened.

When I skilled up Chromatic Fury, the results were quick; Ice Breath and Sand breath nearly doubled in potency as expected.

I continued playing the game.

Not much time passed before I realized my damage dropped significantly, and now Willpower was no longer applying to my Breaths (they were back to their old values).

The important things that happened between the skill working and ceasing:

1) I selected a prodigy (I can Carry the World!)
2) I ate the sandworm heart
3) I defeated the Bandit Leader
4) Saved, then loaded
5) I entered Daikara[Alt] (where I noticed the reduction)

I am unable to unskill the ability and further skill points do not change anything.

Ideally, if there's a quick way to fix it (myself or otherwise) that would be equally as appreciated as fixing the root cause (provided I'm not missing something).
