Wyrmic Ooze Randbosses can use Undead Drake abilities

As the title indicates, Wyrmic Oozes can spawn with Undead Drake and use Necrotic Breath. Which, being a spell, should be voided by oozes being natively Anti-Magic IIRC. (which is why they never spawn as, say, Anorithil)

Also, it spawned with Scourge Drake
