1.6 Mirror of reflection

I noticed a few issues with mirror of reflection in vanilla tome:
-all enchanted variations of rags of the sanctuary and robe of the worm are being added as shimmer options (cluttering up the mirror of reflection with the same piece of equipment tons of times)
and items' cursed variants (x of shrouds, x of misfortune, etc.)are being added as shimmer options as well
-psiblades are added to shimmer versions of mindstars if the talent "psiblades" was activated while gaining their shimmer (this is irreversable, denying players the freedom of choice)

all three cases apply to all your characters and can never be reverted


also the pyro cloth armor 7 and the mirror of reflection's version of the mankini have the default underwear displayed beneath them
