I died a couple times to what felt like insanely high damage wands on a character (my rough guesses were placing the wands between 900-1300 raw damage) but I wasn't able to find one until just now on a character. This seems to happen very commonly in the dark crypt and spellblaze scar. Most wands seem to have normal damage even if they have overpowered value, but some seem... outside normal bounds.
60 magic , 45 spellpower with an 1160 dmg wand at level 25. Deals fire dmg (screenshot cuts off bottom for some reason), character has no +fire% dmg.
