Stuck in dream

I was doing the caldera quest as normal, finishing dreams, sometimes successfully, other times failing.

Then, one time the timer hit zero and started zoning me into the dream, and froze when autosaving. After 10 minutes, nothing had changed, so I had to kill the process and restart the game. Now my character is stuck:

I'm shown the dream world, but with no character inside. The log is constantly spamming "Today is the X of the Xth year of the Age of Ascendancy of Maj'Eyal. The time is 00:00" I can't do anything.

Is there anything I can do to get myself unstuck, or is this character a goner?

I'm not 100% sure this is recoverable, but stuck characters is common. Its so commonly required that I think we need a sticky to tell people about how to get it fixed.

You need to contact a game mod in tomechat/discord/irc, they can usually relocate your character to a safe location, which also unsticks it.

We need another mod that can unstuck people, someone in a timezone not covered by the current mods so there is more often someone online
