Battle Cry doesn't do what it says

"All evasion and concealment bonuses are also disabled."

It does work on the talent "Evasion", how ever at least archers with intuitive shots can still evade your hits just fine. And intuitive shots spesifically says that "Each time you are attacked in melee, you have a 13%, 23%, 27%, 30%, 32% chance to fire off a defensive shot off in time to intercept the attack, evading it and dealing 40%, 48%, 55%, 60%, 65% archery damage."
