[1.5.10 Cults] Friend of the worm leveling bugs

At first I had 4/0/0/0 in the Friend of the worm skill tree and 2 class points.

I got the first error when I tried to level up to 5/1/0/0, immediately after putting the second point into Foul Convergence (I think the third screenshot is the same error)
I closed the levelup menu without saving the points, when I opened it up again I had 4/1/0/0 and still 2 class points (bugged in an extra point, couldn't take it out in town)

At this point I would get another error trying to level up Worm that walks skill (to 5/1/0/0), when I tried to close levelup menu - it wouldnt let me save changes (no screenshot, did send)
I killed the worm companion, and when it wasnt actively summoned I could level it up (to 5/1/0/0), but now:
- I get error everytime I try to resummon the worm
- I keep getting the same error when I try to put points into Foul Convergence (I now have 2 extra class points in Foul Convergence)
- Summon is missing the inventory slots from fifth point anyway
