Game keeps on getting stuck randomly on entering new area

Game will show the loading bar and just go on forever. Force-quitting and opening the game sometimes fixes it but sometimes it just puts me in a blank area with my character not showing and me not able to do anything. Issue has persisted between multiple characters (as I have to start over p much every time) and with a lot of different combinations of add-ons (I read add-ons can cause it so I turned off almost everything that wasn't just a minor tweak, but it still happens)

Check the log file for an error message in the level generation.
You may need to enable log flushing to get the error to appear.
That should give you a hint about which addon is the problem.

How would I enable log flushing? Also, is there any way to salvage a save after this has happened?

While you have the character loaded in the Abyss, you can ask in in-game chat for a mod to port you to a real location.
