I am trying to reset unlocked options. I press corresponding button on site and confirm changes ingame. File C:\Users\{UserName}\T-Engine\4.0\profiles\online\modules\tome\allow_build.profile correctly disappears. After reentering client, the moment I click on race, I see few options appear on classes selection that shouldn't be there after reset (for example, wyrmic). allow_build.profile file appears with content

If I get any new unlock (like zigur) and then reset, it still returns to the content above.
Looks like it was cached somewhere, but definitely not on my PC (searched content)
Tried to reinstall client, to use both installer and steam, to delete T-engine folder - no result
