irrational death from self damage

So i'm playing skeleton archer 100%
First it doesn't make sense for my character to die from bleed since its 100% immun to hit
Second its a bleeding inflicted by myself which doesnt make sense since there's no trace of me hitting myself in log + i get 2 instances of bleeding in the same turn which not supposed to happen if im correct
Third it happened twice in a row thx to reassemble
Fourth im gettting hit by my own numbling poison ???????

the only explanation i have to this death is that one of the mob had rogue plight. and that rogue plight bypass any resist check which doesn't make sense....
