Multiple saves every new zone

I've got Zomnibus, Melinda and merchant on Map, Verbose enemies, quick drown. Running a Possessor game.

It seems like every time I go into a new area, it saves 3-6 times in a row. The bar goes from empty to full, then does it again. Perhaps once per 4-5 zones it freezes during one of these and hangs or crashes.

is this a known mod issue? Something I should post a Lua error from, even if it doesn't crash?

I have none of the addons you mentioned and I still have the same problem. Its very annoying.
