If the walls are diggable you could dig them out if you have a pick or float through them with wraithform if you can muster up the vim.

But agreed, that does look like an awfully strange generation of the level.

If you catch one of the mods on the in game chat, they might be able to fix you. Alternatively, you could zip up and send your save file to stunts save fixing site.

If you have devouring flames you can autoattack yourself, you'll get a bit of vim while you're burning with the effect
