[Embers 1.0.3] Biofeedback and Condensate bugged

Biofeedback currently doesn't trigger off of Psionic Fog.
Also, can you remove the "may only occur once per turn" restriction on the skill?

The damage of Condensate appears to be bound together with the wet effect - if an enemy shrugs off the wet de-buff, they take no damage.
