[1.4.9][EoR] Hand Cannon tinker can fire through walls

... as per the title. You have to actually be aiming directly at an enemy (via telepathy or track, for example) for it to work; you can't force fire on an empty space on the other side of a wall. Possibly worth noting the second shot tier 5/voratun ones can fire doesn't behave like this, just the first one.
