[1.3.1] Problematic level generation in alt Maze

Amusement (player name) got dropped in to a blocked off section of alt Maze 3.

Maybe it's time to make alt maze diggable.

It's also annoying when I was looking for the backup guardian and found him spawned in a 2x1 hole in the map.

You probably already know, but make sure you're looking on floor 2 not floor 4.
