[1.4.8][orcs] Nimbus of Enlighenment causes many LUA errors

when wearing this hat, i seen to be getting this lua error probably over 5 times every turn

the first time i got it 2 shadows despawned and/or were killed

that error has been reported ingame, and its always the same particular error, as such that it says ive already reported it for all of them
a little bit of ingame time passes inbetween each LUA error

upon further investigation, it turns out that many of the enemies are literally targeting the Nimbus of Enlightenment, rather than targeting me, the one wearing the hat

thats right, they're targeting an item, it literally said Nimbus of Enlightenment in the Target: field when I mouse over them ingame

the LUA errors seem to go away after they target me instead of the hat
