Buffs/debuffs UI issue

Hey!

So, I've had this weird UI issue for a long time. Basically, I have my list of buffs and debuffs attached to the right side of my screen, with the buffs showing on the right column, and the debuffs on the left column.
However, whenever I boot up/restart/go to the main menu/reroll a dead character, I get this issue of the list still being where I left it, however, the debuffs are now showing on the right side - outside, off-screen. This happens *every* time the game is booted up, restarted, I go to the main menu, or reroll a dead character from the death menu. I have to unlock the UI and snap it to the screen again, every time.

Here's a video demonstration of the issue. Sadly, my mouse cursor didn't get recorded, but you'll get the gist of it anyway. Also, pay no attention to the warm colours in the video - I just use f.lux.

Have you tried moving them, say to the left hand side of the screen?
