I summoned Rungof using an orb in ruined dungeon. From the same orb session i got a bunch of tridents from nagas and a unique dagger. But Rungof dropped nothing.

I don't think you're supposed to be able to grind from the orbs. Are the unique dagger drops and XP from some orb mobs intentional?
