While in the Dominion Port Sewers I entered a hidden vault. After I exited it I noticed a previously opened glowing chest appeared to be closed. I was able to reopen it and get the item again. The chest was unguarded originally so no spawns were generated. I then re-entered and exited the hidden vault and the chest was once again reset. This could be exploited infinitely.
Edit: It appears changing normal dungeon levels also resets the chest.
