Embers + Adventurer breaks respawn.

Changes in embers have broken respawning with the adventurer class. Dying and hitting restart same results in a lua error being popped up. Upon closing this, you're booted to the main menu, no restart. If you then hit new game, and load (any) premade character, that was an adventurer, another lua error pops up, and your starting items in chest are transmogged.

Furthermore, if code changes are made to bypass the broken level generation that's occuring (according to stuntofthelitter) it breaks on the next part of generation, as the entire algorithm is borked.
