[1.4.6] Quiver of Domination bugged

Quiver of domination appears to be currently bugged and unusable.

The enthrall debuff correctly changes faction allegiance, but enthralled enemies are still hostile to the player and maintain the player as their target, attacking you with spells and abilities. Thus in practise it is doing nothing in fights.

Easy to reproduce - just debug spawn the quiver and shoot some enemies.

Some info that I realised might be relevant: I am a whitehoof and the faction enemies convert to is the whitehoof clan rather than kruk pride orcs or similar.
